We were excited to stay at this hotel as it was recommended for its convenient location. The service we received from the staff was commendable, especially from the hotel manager. However, the breakfast offerings were lacking and left much to be desired. Overall, it had a nice neighborhood vibe, but we encountered some maintenance issues that took away from our experience.

Dorian, from the lobby, was exceptionally helpful and made our experience worthwhile. However, my mother's request for assistance regarding the heating issue in her room was not handled well, which left a sour note. Overall, the hotel has the potential to be great, but the service quality needed improvement.
