the location is excellent i found it close to two tube stations restaurants are also nearby the street was quiet the room was large it was comfortable for my family of four
the hotel website creates expectations of a boutique hotel with a four star rating however the reality is different

the room had ample toiletries and towels plus a large wardrobe with a safe i found the area quite safe and it had restaurants within walking distance a sainsbury's supermarket was also just on the main road it was very convenient
the bathroom window did not close completely the pillows felt quite hard i found the complimentary shampoo quite nice

the location is near an underground station in a nice area i found it very clean and quiet it is only a short walk to the earls court station for easy transport links

The room I had was very spacious. It was also very clean. The bed proved very comfortable, I rested well! The reception staff on the 21st and 22nd of the month were helpful to my mother. She is over 70.
The hotel was easy to find. but it was a little far from some of the attractions.

The staff were always available and responded quickly to requests. Check-in was seamless, with the receptionist handling everything efficiently. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly, and I appreciated their attention to detail. The people who attended me were very nice.

the location was pretty convenient, i will give them that.
I stayed in an executive double room and the tv remote didn't work. I asked for assistance, but nothing happened. also, there was this weird stain on the carpet. Not ideal.
